Award-winning adult star Drake Von has been arrested in Las Vegas after allegedly trying to strangle his partner and is facing multiple domestic battery charges
An award-winning bisexual adult star has been arrested after allegedly attempting to strangle his partner. Drake Von, 23, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was arrested in Las Vegas, USA on Tuesday (June 2).
Bacon is reportedly facing a string of domestic battery charges after being arrested by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. He has been booked on allegations including felony domestic battery by strangulation, felony coercion constituting domestic violence, and a separate misdemeanour domestic battery count.
The identity of the alleged victim has not been publicly confirmed. While Von is widely known online for his public-facing relationships and collaborations in the adult industry, some coverage has suggested uncertainty about whether the partner involved is male or female, with differing claims appearing across outlets.
Von has denied wrongdoing. In statements attributed to him in TMZ, he has described the allegations as false and suggested the situation has been exaggerated, claiming it was a “misunderstanding” and a “publicity stunt”, while insisting the charges will be dropped.
Bacon is described in adult media as a “muscle twink” or “jock”, and has built a large online following through subscription platforms and social media. He is also known for his links to his identical twin brother, Silas Brooks.
The pair first attracted attention as a double act online, but their relationship has since become increasingly public and fractious, with the brothers trading insults across social media. Bacon is often presented as one of the higher-earning independent performers, with claims that his subscription content places him among the top tier of creators.
He began making adult content shortly after turning 18 and became especially well-known for performing in gay adult films, despite previously dating women and initially describing himself as straight. Bacon is especially known for his planned “1,000 men” challenge.
In the viral stunt, Bacon intended to film himself having separate sexual encounters with 1,000 different men within a 24-hour period. No official date for the event had been confirmed publicly before his arrest.
“You must also be an active practitioner of safe sex,” Bacon told PRIDE Magazine in October 2025. “This isn’t just a publicity stunt.
“I want to spread the word about safe sex and educate the masses.” He also revealed his sexual preferences last year on The Sex Interview podcast.
Bacon revealed: “I’ll never do a bottoming scene. I’m sorry to tell you.
“Never. I know that’s your fantasy.
“Like, I know that you’ve searched the internet for it. It’s never going to happen, you know.”
