The stars were out in full force overnight as some big names were seen at World Cup games. Illustrious names such as Paris Hilton and Jessica Alba were seen watching the USA’s game yesterday – which they lost 3-2 to Turkey.
In a five-goal thriller, Auston Trusty turned the ball home from close range to fire the USA ahead, but Arda Guler and Baris Yilmaz struck to ensure Turkey headed into the break ahead. Sebastian Berhalter then restored parity before Kaan Ayhan steered in a winner deep into stoppage time to secure a 3-2 victory for his side.
But that didn’t matter very much to any of the watching celebs. Among those was Brad Pitt who was seen celebrating alongside Edward Norton.
Lenoardo DiCaprio was spotted looking rather crestfallen in his posh seats, while Jessica Alba was looking happier while surrounded by a gaggle of female fans for a selfie.
Colin Farrell – who is Irish – wore a USA shirt while looking like someone had delivered him some very bad news, a bit like Will Ferrell who was also there.
Megastars Jamie Foxx and Ashton Kutcher were not seen in the stands, but they appear to be enjoying themselves in the stadium bar inside the Los Angele Stadium in Inglewood.
Foxx was also seen with Christopher Mintz-Plasse outdoors, although their exact location is unclear.
Pitchside, Paris Hilton looked stunning while holding her young daughter who had a custom football-themed outfit on, which is the opposite of Owen Wilson who looked glum in his posh leather seats later on.
A heavily pregnant US Second Lady Usha Vance was also in the stands – but she was overshadowed by global superstar Sabrina Carpenter.
She was seen wearing a tennis-style dress, while other not-so-famous famous sat with her for a chat.
Sadly, they were all there to watch a defeat – although we’re not entirely sure most of them actually cared.
