Eddie Howe is set to leave Newcastle and the Magpies have acted quickly to pursue Matthias Jaissle as his replacement, who will be joined by his jaw-dropping WAG
Newcastle’s pre-season has been thrown into chaos with Eddie Howe set to quit the club just weeks away from the start of the new Premier League season.
Howe is set to walk away from Newcastle after five years in charge following talks with the club where he reportedly stated he wanted to take a break from football. It’s said that the decision was entirely Howe’s but the Magpies already have his replacement lined up.
The St James’ Park outfit have opened up talks with Al-Ahli manager Matthias Jaissle, who previously had success in the Champions League with Red Bull Salzburg. However, the 38-year-old German is a largely unknown figure to English football fans.

Jaissle retired from playing football in 2014 at just 26 due to severe knee injuries, having spent his entire career to that point with Hoffenheim.
He went into management in 2021 with Austrian side FC Liefering after becoming assistant manager at Brondby and RB Salzburg’s U18 manager.
Jaissle returned to Salzburg in 2021 and led the club to the knockout phase of the Champions League for the first time in their history the following season. He joined Al-Ahli and won back-to-back AFC Champions League Elite crowns.
And by his side through the journey is his stunning partner, Austrian and Burundian fashion model Lisa Czetsch.
Lisa has just over 6,000 followers and regularly posts from her modelling photoshoots, having collabed with brands like Adidas and Sportalm.
Alongside her work pics, she also shares snaps of her travels around the world, including her time in Saudi as well as skiing in the Italian Dolomites and relaxing at an exclusive resort in Austrian Leogang Stone Mountains. She also visited Oman, the Maldives and New York.
Jaissle and Lisa often post pictures of the two cuddled up together while they also go to the gym together and Lisa supports her husband from the stands at matches.
She was in attendance when Al-Ahli won their second AFC Champions League title in May and Jaissle brought her onto the pitch to celebrate.
The couple have clearly got an eye for expensive treats with their holidays as well as luxury meals and workouts, nothing a sausage roll from Greggs can’t replace.
Negotiations are still ongoing between Newcastle and Al-Ahli over Jaissle and it’s said that Newcastle are aware of his personal demands but don’t expect any issues despite the lucrative package he joined Al-Ahli with.
