Amira Evans, 26, has opened up about how men like to buy her old knickers. According to her, she makes a profit because they like to wear her undies to work in the office
A woman has confessed she sells her old knickers to men as they allegedly “like to wear them to work”. Amira Evans, 26, from Bristol, makes a decent profit from flogging her undies, as it seems some men can’t wait to get their hands on them.
The content creator, who has a huge following on Instagram, claims married businessmen regularly spend hundreds of pounds buying her used underwear, which they then secretly wear underneath their suits to work. According to Amira, the appeal isn’t necessarily the underwear, but the secrecy that comes along with wearing it, and she’s recently revealed what’s been happening behind the scenes.
It comes after she claimed she got the “best revenge” on the people who once bullied her. In the past, she admitted people were cruel to her as a result of her height.
However, now she appears to have had the last laugh. These days, men are flocking to her for all sorts of reasons.
When asked how she came to realise there was a market for it, she said: “Honestly, I just kept being asked for it by men. I didn’t really know about it before until guys started asking for my underwear. For me, selling it is really a no-brainer.
“From what I believe, they like to wear women’s underwear maybe underneath their boxers or briefs, and then underneath their uniforms or suits – whatever they’re wearing day to day.
“I believe they like to sniff them too. Maybe it’s so they can feel closer to me, you know? Like I’m physically with them? I don’t really know why [they buy them]. All I know is they do, and it benefits me.”
Amira said she “doesn’t really understand men”, but she doesn’t have a problem with flogging her undies at the same time. She’s pretty chilled out about the situation.
At first, she admitted she thought it was a “little bit weird”, but now she doesn’t mind. Based on the fact that it brings her so much money, she’s learnt to accept it for what it is.
“I can sell them for anywhere between £100 to £500, so it’s a huge money-maker for me,” she added. When asked if she feels it’s empowering, she continued: “Yeah, definitely.
“I mean, there’s not many things that you can do that will make you that much money without having to do any labour. You know, just wearing underwear, packaging them up and going to the Post Office and making like three to four hundred pounds.
“It doesn’t cause me any stress or harm or inconvenience. I’m happy to do this.”
There are some pros and cons to this side of her job, though. Amira was pretty open about her experiences.
She said: “The pros are, of course, the money, and also retaining that customer. If he’s a really, really good spender, a pro is keeping that relationship and retaining it.
“It’s a good way to let him know that I’m not going to judge, and, you know, ‘if you’re willing to pay, then I’m willing to wear whatever you want’.
“I’ve been asked to wear tight stockings, socks, pants, sports bras, lingerie and send it to them. I’m not going to judge.
“You know, you do you. I don’t really think there’s any con, honestly. Maybe needing to be cautious about where you live and how you’re sending the packages, because (sometimes) the recipients can see where it’s coming from.
“So you have to be a little bit careful with that if you don’t want them to know your location, but there are always ways around that if you send it with a different courier.”
