Large woman cleared of forcing bloke into sex told jury ‘I’m too lazy to go on top’

A 24-stone woman has been cleared of forcing a bloke into having sex with her after claiming that she was “too lazy” to go on top.

Imogen Brooke, 30, was accused of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent at her flat in Southampton.

Her alleged victim claimed she was “very drunk” and feeling “horny”, and would not take no for an answer.

She allegedly started “riding” the man whose protests were going “in one ear and out the other”, telling him: “You may be saying no but your d**k is saying yes.’’

She denied all of the allegations

The court heard at the time she weighed 24 stone and allegedly gave him a non-consensual love bite after pinning him down for sex before rolling off and going to sleep.

He also claimed he was left “staring at a wall” in shock after the 15-minute session.

However, she told Southampton Crown Court she would not have got on top during sex because she was conscious of her weight.

She said: “No, 15 minutes on top, I wouldn’t – I’m very lazy.

“I had no sex on top for any duration.

The case was heard at Southampton Crown Court

“I’m not comfortable with my body because I’m bigger than most people.

“I’m a big girl and I’m not confident of my weight or any part of my body.

“I weigh 22st now but at the time I weighed 24st.

“For me to be on top I have to get on, balance to the side and lift up my belly.

“But I can’t – I don’t like my body.”

He fell asleep, so she made onion rings…

She also claimed, during the hearing, that she only kissed the bloke before going to “sort the onion rings out” after her date fell asleep.

Brooke said the next day she messaged the man telling him he was “soundo” when she returned from the kitchen and she had eaten the onion rings alone.

Upon being told that she was cleared of forcing him to sleep with her, she broke down crying.
