So, if you haven’t taken to indulging in a little solo play, now is your time to bag some seriously orgasmic gadgets.

Back in 2003, LELO launched its first product – the revolutionary LILY vibrator.

Since then it has gone onto produce and develop many products to help women have the best sex of their lives.

While the masturbation gap still exists, research shows women are less likely to fondle themselves compared to men, but promising data from LELO indicates that it’s closing.

The company asked 4,000 people about their sex and masturbation life and it revealed more women are now embracing self-pleasure while using sex tech to enhance their sexual experiences.

Up to 16% of women said they used sex toys more in the past 18 months, and it also showed females are more likely to discuss masturbation than men (18% vs 15%).

As well as this, around one in 10 women said they prefer to masturbate during sex with a partner.
