Fitness fanatic, 66, ageing like ‘fine wine’ in ‘then and now’ swimsuit snaps
An “ageless” fitness veteran dazzled her Instagram followers with a ‘then and now’ comparison photo as she showed off her incredible figure 30 years later.
Denise Austin showed off her incredible figure with a throwback swimsuit snap and recreated the same image, with fans praising her youthful looks as they said she’s ageing like the “finest wine”.
Three decades on, the “gorgeous” 66-year-old health guru shows zero signs of slowing down.

She first hit TV screens in 1982’s Rock Hard Abs and had a glowing career as a fitness instructor and author over the following years.
These days, Denise is a massive hit on social media where fans dub her an “inspiration” and rave that she just “gets better and better”.

On Friday, the blonde bombshell took fans back three decades to 1993, aged 36, in a figure-hugging red swimsuit.
Instagrammers were left in awe at the “ageless icon” as she posted a side-by-side shot of her in the very same swimsuit, aged 66.
She wrote: “It’s so nostalgic for me to look back 30 years ago when I wore this outfit filming my TV Show… Here I am at 36 and now 66 and still feeling great.”

And fans were quick to hail the Fit Over 50 cover star as they claimed she looks “better than ever”.
One person wrote: “Still amazing! Better with time. [Ageing] like the finest Wine!”
A second agreed: “You just get better and more beautiful!”
Another added: “You haven’t aged you look fabulous.”
A fourth fan: “Looking better than ever. Not sure how you top perfection but you do every year.”
Last summer, Denise walked should to shoulder with 29-year-old daughter Katie at the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show in Miami.

And despite their 37-year age gap, watchers struggled to tell the two apart.
One person said: “You are ageing in reverse. Does this make you 18?.”
Another agreed: “[I’ve] followed you since 25 years ago. You look like the same.”
