Nestle followers devastated as iconic Quality Street chocolate is lacking from tins
There is nothing higher than digging into a giant tub of goodies over the Christmas interval.
However some Quality Street followers have been left aggravated after discovering that one among their favourites is lacking from the tubs.
And now Nestle, the makers of the sweets, have fortunately given everybody the solutions they have been craving as they confirmed what is going on on.

What is the chocolate in query we hear you ask? Well, it is none apart from the Coconut Eclair.
Many choccie lovers have been asking what is going on on with the candy on-line, as one requested on X (previously Twitter): “Hey Quality Streets and Nestle, I think your Quality Street quality control needs some recalibration. Three purple ones, seven fudges, zero Coconut Éclair? Explain yourselves.”
Nestlé replied: “Aw sorry to hear that your mix didn’t contain the Coconut Éclair. Don’t worry though, you didn’t get any less. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, we replace one sweet with equally delicious sweets.”
The person then responded: “So what you’re saying is that you have a shortage of Coconut Éclair, so you have topped up with the other varieties?”
Following this, the company announced there was a “shortage” of Coconut Éclairs a “little while ago”. They added: “There was a scarcity a short while in the past which has now been rectified. We’re very sorry about that. Please DM us with the most effective earlier than date and codes round it from the packaging and we can assist additional.”

Another fan then tweeted: “@QualityStreetUK urm… Where are the blue ones? #qualitystreet,” together with an image of the bathtub with no Coconut Éclairs in sight.
Nestlé once more replied: “Sorry! We had to replace them with another sweet in some of our tins, but don’t worry, you didn’t get any less! If Coconut Éclair is your favourite, did you know you can get a full tin of those in participating John Lewis stores at the pick&mix stations?”
So Coconut Eclair lovers will be relaxation assured they are not gone for good, fortunately!
