Fugitive convicted fraudster is FOUND three days after he was free of HMP Wandsworth by mistake as hunt continues for Algerian migrant intercourse offender
One of the criminals being hunted by police after he was mistakenly released from HMP Wandsworth has been found.
Fraudster William ‘Billy’ Smith, 35, was wrongly set free from the scandal-hit jail on Monday but reportedly handed himself in after a three-day manhunt.
His accidental release was confirmed just hours after a manhunt was launched for Algerian sex offender Brahim Kaddour-Cherif, 24, who has been at large since he was mistakenly freed from the south London prison on October 29.
