Body language expert Judi James has shared how she thinks Shona McGarty ‘already looks like a winner’ for this year’s series.

The EastEnders star, 34, started with a bang as she parachuted onto a beach and rolled around in offal before even heading into the jungle.

Judi explained to The Express how ‘her body language suggested authentic bravery, plus a sense of humour and a very caring side too’.

The actress not being phased by the offal exercise is one huge ‘tell’ from Shona that suggested how she might do in camp.

Shona showed signs of determination, according to the expert, who added: ‘A display of empathy and caring support this early on suggested a trait of authentic warmth that could make her popular with the campmates as well as the viewers.’

Meanwhile she said that rapper Aitch‘s body language suggested he was full of terror – but he was trying to conceal his true feelings.

She concluded: ‘His focus techniques are strong, though. When he stops showboating, he starts winning, escaping first from the offal vat after getting the locks undone.’

Tonight, AngryGinge retches in disgust during tonight’s trial, which he takes on alongside Ruby Wax.

The streamer will be one of the first celebrities to take part in a gruelling trial – The Divey – during his jungle run.

The infamous eating trial is back with a vengeance, as Ginge takes on a camel toe infused with cockroach smoke dish to win stars for camp.

Hosts Ant and Dec are full of glee as they watch Ginge sit down, looking full of disgust at the plate in front of him.

He says: ‘Thanks for that,’ as Ant exclaims: ‘Not the hairy bit! Just the fleshy bit.’

Ruby chimes in: ‘Just think of it as cheesecake.’

After taking a regretful bite, he says: ‘I can’t explain how that feels and tastes.’

The hosts then joke that if he liked it, he could have another bit.

Fans of the show will have to tune in tonight to see if Ginge manages to win all the stars for his campmates.

On Sunday night, the show made a star-studded return – with many fans calling for actress Ruby to be axed, claiming she is ‘rude, unlikeable and annoying’.

Ruby’s behaviour is already dividing viewers after some claimed she was rude towards her fellow co-stars.

She was joined by Ginge, Emmerdale‘s Lisa Riley, presenter Alex Scott and TV star Jack Osbourne.

They first all met each other at a luxury mansion, where everyone appeared nervous but excited.

Ruby told Ginge: ‘If you could just get out of my way because there are cameras there.’

He responded: ‘So sorry about that.’

However, this didn’t go down too well with fans at all as they were left raging over on X.

One person wrote: ‘Not having Ruby Wax. Annoying.’

A second penned: ‘Already finding Ruby Wax annoying #ImACeleb.’

But others were quick to defend her humour, sharing how Gen Z don’t understand.

One defended: ‘All these idiot Gen Z’s not getting Ruby Wax’s humour. She’s a comedy legend. #ImACeleb.’

Another added: ‘I grew up with absolutely fabulous which ruby wax was a writer on, so she’s a comedy goddess in my household. sorry x #ImACeleb.’
