‘Most tattooed lady’ appears to be like completely unrecognisable after masking face with make-up
Amber Luke has been getting inked for a decade and spent £190,000 on tattoos. Back in 2020, she shocked fans when she covered herself in makeup – to reveal her ‘natural’ beauty
A heavily-tattooed model admitted she “freaked herself out” after concealing her facial ink – and she looks totally unrecognisable.
Amber Luke, who is thought to be ‘Austrailia’s most tattooed woman’, slathered foundation over her face tattoos to mask the etchings. It comes as the model has now decided to start removing her huge collection of inkings.
But after temporarily forgetting about her makeup transformation, she was left stunned when she caught sight of herself in the mirror hours later.
The Australian bombshell,30, took to Instagram to share dramatic before and after photographs back in 2020.
She penned a lengthy caption detailing why she “hates her plain face.”
The model revealed her sole tattoo regret is waiting too long to get her first piece of body art.
Amber explained: “So I decided to cover my face tattoos as best as I could (they’re sooooo dark) and I freaked myself out.
“I looked in the mirror after being on my phone, forgetting what I looked like, and literally let out a ‘What the f***? !’
“I HATE MY PLAIN FACE. Thank f*** I tattooed it – the only regret I have is not tattooing my face at an earlier age.
“Don’t let morons of society tell you what you should and shouldn’t do with your body and your life.
“YOU are in control. YOU are your own home. Live it and breathe it, baby.”
The influencer, who has been collecting tattoos for a decade, insists her dramatic makeover has been worthwhile.
She harbours no remorse about splashing out over £193,000 on tattoos – or enduring countless hours under the tattoo gun.
She continued: “I’ve put in so much blood, tears and dedication for my image.
“I still have little bit of my journey to go!”.
“I can’t wait to share it all with ya’ll.”
Amber’s post has garnered 4,300 likes – with countless admirers praising the photographs. One admirer commented: “You look beautiful either way!”.
Another fan exclaimed: “It’s amazing to see your plain face omg!”.
“Got used to your amazing tattoos.”
And another chimed in with: “So inspirational. I can’t wait to get my face tattooed.”
However, fast-forward to now and Amber has changed her tune about her tattoos.
It seems that she finally wants to see her natural face once again and is planning to remove 36 tattoos by 2027.
She said: “I was 20 when I wanted to hide my face.
“I truly didn’t see my natural beauty. I was a broken, lost soul. This journey of tattooing my face has lasted [a decade].
