WW3 fears ramp up as Putin mouthpiece says ‘strike on British in inevitable’
A mouthpiece for Mad Vlad Putin has unleashed a fresh threat to Europe in a chilling TV address. The latest rant from the key Kremlin ally comes as Brits have been warned to prepare for conflict
A Russian nuclear strike on Britain is “now inevitable”, a top Kremlin mouthpiece has warned. And another seemed to reference the tragic death of Lance Corporal George Hooley – who died in Ukraine earlier this month – as justification for attacking Britain.
Propaganda tsar Vladimir Solovyov chillingly listed major European cities that Russia should target if World War Three broke out in a televised rant.
Solovyov, a key Putin ally, told viewers of his nightly tv show: “Once again we will have to destroy Berlin, and enter this godforsaken city. Once again we will have to enter Paris. Once again we will have to liberate Vienna. Well perhaps the Austrians will reconsider.
“It doesn’t mean that we want this. But one of the principles postulated by our supreme commander-in-chief is when we are forced to act then we act. First, of course, the principle of ‘do no harm’ but then… please don’t blame us.”
Speaking on Evening with Vladimir Solovyov, the warmonger told – who has been sanctioned by Britain and the EU for promoting disinformation in the past – fellow propagandist Andrey Sidorov: “Now a nuclear strike on Britain is inevitable.”
Sidorov agreed, adding: “Well, we might as well launch a nuclear strike on the UK. This can really be considered a casus belli, just like the plundering of our sovereign assets.
“This is official, he is a member of the British armed forces who died on the territory of Ukraine, which is in conflict with us. So we can assume that there is a British military contingent there, which is fighting against the Russian army.”
The chilling comments come after western allies were told to we must prepare for war “like our grandparents endured” as we face the “greatest military threat of a generation”.
In a haunting speech Nato chief Mark Rutte said last week: “Russia is already escalating its covert campaign against our societies.”
Amid an escalation in the Russia-Ukraine war, UK Veterans Minister Al Carns warned: “The shadow of war is knocking on Europe’s door once more. That’s the reality. We’ve got to be prepared to deter it.”
Last week another of Mad Vlad’s key allies Kirill Dmitriev threatened: “NATO/EU/UK bureaucrats are undertaking massive efforts to undermine President Trump’s peace plan. They would rather start WW3 than have President Trump succeed with Peace.”
