Penis enlargement specialist claims he handled ski jumper earlier than Winter Olympics
A doctor has claimed to have treated a ski jumper ahead of the Winter Olympics, following recent claims of performance-enhancing penis enlargement surgeries within the sport
A doctor specialising in penis enlargement has claimed to have injected an unnamed ski jumper with hyaluronic acid ahead of the Winter Olympics.
The sport has been the subject of a ‘penis-gate’ controversy following speculation of athletes injecting their genitals with hyaluronic acid. While no ski jumper has been formally accused of undergoing the procedure, it would have a theoretical benefit for competitors on the ski slopes.
A report from German outlet Bild claimed that ski jumpers had injected hyaluronic acid into a silicone device worn during measurements for jump suits. The measurement process includes a 3D scan from the lowest point of the crotch.

A penis enlargement procedure would lead to wearing a bigger suit, with the increased surface area aiding performance. While he did not divulge whether the athlete he treated had competed at the Milan Cortina Games, Dr Alessandro Littara has claimed to have performed hyaluronic acid injections on a ski jumper.
“Regarding the news in question, I did in fact treat an athlete from that sport, whose name and nationality I will obviously not disclose, nor whether he is participating in these Olympics,” Alessandro Littara told USA TODAY Sports. “However, I can say that I treated him last month and used a generous dose of hyaluronic acid.”
While it is unknown whether the athlete was an Olympian or whether the procedure improved performance, Littara explained that the ski jumper requested the injections to avoid embarrassment when changing in front of his fellow competitors.

He said: “I cannot say whether he told me the whole truth, but in any case, we did a good job and implanted a more than generous dose of hyaluronic acid.”
The doctor described the results as being immediate and is considered a specialist in this type of procedure. Littara’s website lists penile lengthening, girth enhancement and suprapubic liposculpture among the services he provides, while hyaluronic acid injections are listed under non-surgical glans enlargement.
A description of the procedure reads: “Glans Penis Filler consists in the injection of hyaluronic acid (a completely resorbable filler) into the glans, in the superficial intradermic area, using local anaesthetic and a thin needle. The increase in volume obtained is about 15-20 per cent.”
The World Anti-Doping Agency has responded to the penis enlargement claims surrounding ski jumping. However, no formal investigation has been initiated.
WADA director general Olivier Niggli said: “I am not aware of the details of ski jumping and how that could improve performance. If anything was to come to the surface, we would look at it and see if it is doping-related. We don’t address other [non-doping] means of enhancing performance.”
