Simone Biles showed off the results of her boob job as she partied on a boat to celebrate her birthday.
The legendary American gymnast revelled in turning 29 as she stole the show in a tiny black bikini. Biles posted a series of pictures of her birthday celebrations, including bikini snaps, a stylish yellow dress and a figure-hugging short brown dress.
Biles was joined for her milestone by NFL star husband Jonathan Owens, and captioned the post to her 12million followers on Instagram: “this is 29.” Just days before, Biles said she was enjoying a “last night of being 28.”

After becoming the most decorated gymnast all-time at Paris 2024, where she took her total Olympic medal tally to 11, including seven golds, Biles opened up about her decision to get a boob job.
She has been incredibly open about the process and joked in a video addressing her surgery on TikTok: “They were up to my neck. Take them out! They need to be smaller!” she told the surgeon. “Because they look like aliens at first – alien breasts!”
The operation also took a toll on her body as she revealed her husband had to help her around the house. “The very first day, Jonathan had to lift me up out of bed. Now they’re perfect.”
Biles told People that she wanted to help young girls by sharing details of her surgery. “I also think it shows young girls that they have the right to their own choices, whatever they are, and that’s no shame added as well,” she said.
“Okay, obviously you can notice the breasts,” she added. “But other than that, it’s just feeling good about yourself and loving yourself, and I’ve always been very vocal about that.
“And not that I didn’t like the way I looked or the way I felt. It’s just something that I notice obviously a little bit more because I live in this body, I’m just so used to it.”
