‘Bryon was addicted to my bombshell Barbie curves and enormous breasts,’ Raccagno boasted to the Daily Mail in an exclusive tell-all.
‘He gave me whatever I wanted – shoes, handbags, even bigger boobs. He wanted me to be his ultimate bimbo bride.’
The Daily Mail stunned the world last week by publishing exclusive photos of clean-cut Bryon wearing enormous fake breasts and hot pants.

‘Jason from Chicago’ paid $250 a month to access her ‘top subscriber’ VIP content and swap private messages, she claimed.
‘He would say, “Hi Bimbo God”, “your boobs are so good”, “you’re so perfect”, “you’re the boss”,’ said Raccagno.
‘He was like, “I want to be your slave,” so I called him Slave Babe.
‘I would strip out of hot bikinis, lingerie, dresses, and then send him the videos. He loved them. He’d always say they’re hot, they’re sexy.’
As the romance progressed, ‘Jason’ asked Raccagno to be his ‘bimbo girlfriend’ so they could chat whenever he wanted, she told the Daily Mail.
‘The arrangement was he’d get all my videos for $1,500 every month, to help me pay half my rent,’ she explained.
‘He would never say no to me. He had to pay for my fillers, my Botox. Whenever I was not looking like a hot bimbo, he would give me money.’
Raccagno says ‘Jason’ paid her retainer for years, netting her tens of thousands of dollars.
He also supplied bank account details to pay off luxury purchases on her Capital One and American Express credit cards, she said.

By June 2025, Raccagno had figured out Jason’s real identity.

Bryon’s infatuation is laid bare in hundreds of WhatsApp messages Raccagno shared with the Daily Mail to support her bombshell claims.
They were sent from a cell phone number that matches the one listed for Bryon on the website of his Noem Insurance business in Bryant, South Dakota.
Raccagno was also able to provide PayPal and Apple Pay records showing deposits from an account in the name of Bryon Noem.
She produced evidence that her credit cards were paid down in $1,500 increments at the beginning of each month from April through November last year.
The money came from Dacotah Bank, a regional lender serving Minnesota and North and South Dakota, where the Noems live.
The Daily Mail further corroborated Raccagno’s account by speaking independently to another entertainer in the close-knit ‘bimbo’ scene.
She backed Raccagno’s claims about the vast sums Bryon had spent and recalled him going by the same pseudonym, Jason or Jason Jackson.

On March 4, Bryon supported his Republican wife by sitting behind her at a congressional hearing scrutinizing her aggressive immigration enforcement tactics.
The cameo backfired when California Democrat Sydney Kamlager-Dove asked Kristi about her brazen years-long affair with close adviser Corey Lewandowski.
Raccagno messaged Bryon the next day to say: ‘Are u ok I saw u on tv?’
She didn’t receive a reply, but on March 10, he reached out to abruptly ask if she wanted to make her boobs even larger, adding: ‘Want to use my Amex? Our Amex.’
In a further flurry of messages, Bryon gushed: ‘I seem to be falling in love with you. I do love you.

Raccagno received a final payment of $1,300 in a PayPal transaction under Bryon’s real name on March 14, her records show.
And the pair last corresponded on March 23 – less than two weeks before the Daily Mail’s cross-dressing scoop went viral

Raccagno, who flaunts her curves across seven adult creator sites, doesn’t expect to hear from him again.
But she told the Daily Mail she prays Bryon can get his turbulent personal life back in order.
‘I just always wondered, why is this guy always so lonely?’ Raccagno said.
‘This relationship was cool, it was fun, it was exciting. Nobody was getting hurt, and I was getting my rent paid.

Former CIA officer Marc Polymeropoulos explained how foreign adversaries might exploit Bryon’s behavior to target his wife.
‘The idea is you gain some kind of compromising information on someone, you approach them and in essence blackmail them,’ he said.
‘And the more egregious the behavior, the more susceptible that individual would be to coercion.’
When the Daily Mail contacted Bryon for comment last week, he did not deny having explicit conversations or sharing photos of himself dressed as a woman.
When it was suggested that he made indiscreet comments or left his wife vulnerable to blackmail, Bryon replied: ‘Yeah, I made no comments like that, that would lead to that.’
A spokesman for Kristi, now special envoy for the Shield of the Americas, said last week: ‘The family was blindsided by this and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time.’
Bryon Noem has not responded to the Daily Mail’s requests for comment on this story.
