Bridgerton followers cannot cease complimenting this £30 ‘summer season in a bottle’ fragrance
The Perfume Shop’s Bridgerton-inspired ‘Dearest’ perfume collection is now on sale, making it the perfect time to snap up a new fragrance

With summer in full swing, many shoppers are on the hunt for a fresh fragrance to match the warmer weather. Better still, The Perfume Shop has cut 30% off its Bridgerton-inspired ‘Dearest’ collection for a limited time.
Fans of the hit Netflix series can pick up Dearest Rebel Vanilla, Dearest Tempting Peach and Dearest Graceful Hydrangea for £29.99 each, down from £42, until 22 July 2026. Launched following the latest season, the collection takes inspiration from the romance, elegance and glamour of Bridgerton.
The ornate bottles feature a noble crest and masquerade-inspired detailing, which the brand describes as “a love letter to refinement”. Each bottle also features a unique emblem inspired by the series: a mask for Dearest Graceful Hydrangea, a feather for Dearest Tempting Peach and a diamond for Dearest Rebel Vanilla.

For vanilla lovers, Dearest Rebel Vanilla blends amber, jasmine, rose, and vanilla for a warm floral scent. Fans say it strikes the right balance, offering sweetness without being overpowering.
One user commented: “Wow! I am shook. This perfume smells amazing. The design is so so cutesy and makes my desk look so so put together. Love spraying this on before leaving the house, and I never fail to get compliments. Very long-lasting and the smell definitely develops.”

The Bridgerton Dearest Rebel Vanilla scent has 30% off, alongside its sister perfumes, Dearest Tempting Peach and Dearest Graceful Hydrangea.

While many have praised its strong vanilla aroma, one review offered a different perspective: “This has been my go to perfume as of late. It doesn’t have that pure vanilla scent that I love, it’s more of like a musky type of vanilla which is a good change of scent for me. My husband says he can smell it on me all day but I don’t. I love perfumes that I can smell on myself all day.”

For a fruity fragrance, Dearest Tempting Peach combines mandarin, mango and peach. The brand describes it as: “Mellow peach, ripe mango,and luscious mandarin intertwine in an irresistible pairing. A fruity tryst worthy of the most delicious scandals.”
With a 4.5-star rating and an 89% recommendation rate, shoppers have dubbed it ‘summer in a bottle’ and compared it to ‘a peach ring gummy’. One review reads: “I love this fragrance, the sweet peach smell is perfect without being too overpowering.
“It’s the scent that fits perfectly with spring. The bottle is gorgeous and give very Bridgerton vibes. The petite size is perfect to put in your bag or take. It’s become my everyday scent.”
Another fan commented: “I just got this in the mail the other day, and I’m in love! It smells like summer in a bottle, which is exactly what i was looking for! It dries down to a soft peachy scent, almost like a peach ring gummy. The spritzer is nice.”
However, they added: “I wish it was a bit softer since it’s kinda harsh, and I also wish it lasted a bit longer, but otherwise it’s perfect!”.

Completing the collection is Dearest Graceful Hydrangea, a floral fragrance with notes of blackcurrant, cedarwood, and a woody-citrus dry-down. The Perfume Shop describes it as “an innocent blooming debutante at first glance, until an enticing blackcurrant and cedarwood awaken a hidden depth.”
While a handful of reviewers found it slightly powdery or too woody, others praised its elegant floral scent. One delighted five-star reviewer gushed: “Hydrangea is one of my favourite flowers, and this smells exactly like walking through a garden of them! The notes of cedarwood combined create a beautiful scent.”
Another shopper raved: “Such a lovely and elegant fragrance. It opens with a bright, fresh citrus burst that instantly feels uplifting, then softly transitions into a sweet floral heart that’s feminine without being overwhelming. The base is warm and subtly musky, giving it a smooth finish that lingers nicely without becoming too heavy.”
