Influencer Nicole Faith and her former NFL star husband announce dying of daughter: ‘We miss you desperately’

Influencer Nicole Faith has revealed that her infant daughter died in a stillborn delivery this month.

‘Our sweet Sunny girl has died,’ the influencer, who is married to former NFL player Taylor Symmank, wrote in the caption yesterday.

‘I wish I could soften the words to make them palatable, but I cannot dull this heartache.’

Faith, who was eight months pregnant, explained that she went to hospital on New Year’s Day and gave birth on January 3.

Tragically, she said she delivered her daughter ‘into the arms of Jesus.’

‘We are aching in a way that knows no bounds, we yearn for our Sunny girl,’ she wrote in the heart-wrenching post.

‘I long to see her arms reach out to me, to hear her cries in the night. I carry the weight of postpartum without my baby, and a room set up for her that carries only silence.’

Faith wrote that she and her husband ‘don’t understand why this has happened, medically or spiritually.’

Influencer Nicole Faith shared the tragic news that her infant daughter, Sunny, died in a stillborn delivery

‘We may never, but we feel the presence of God in the details while we wrestle with the many ‘whys’ of this tragedy,’ she said.

The grieving mom called her baby a ‘miracle,’ as they mourned for her.

‘She was life. She was our legacy. She was God’s promise.

‘And somehow, even now, in a way I cannot yet fathom, she still is,’ she wrote.

Faith said she and Symmank would do ‘anything’ to hold her again or bring her back.

‘Anything to see her in her tiny onesies and experience this life with her. But it seems the only place worthy of Sunny is heaven.’

Faith went on to thank their friends and family who stayed at the hospital, ‘praying for us for three days, that sat outside our door all night, that filled our fridge and pantry, that have sent us meals, and everyone that has breathed Sunny’s name in prayer.’

‘We have so much more to say,’ she concluded the heartbreaking post. ‘But for now, we miss you desperately Sunny girl.’
