Former Masters champion Jon Rahm is supported by his stunning wife at golf tournaments and she is not shy when it comes to grabbing the limelight herself
Jon Rahm was cheered on by his stunning wife Kelley Cahill when he claimed the Masters in 2023. The Spaniard demonstrated his brilliance at Augusta National three years ago, winning the second major of his career.
The 31-year-old earned the Green Jacket after carding three-under-par in his final round to knock overnight leader Brooks Koepka off top spot. Rahm finished on 12-under, winning by four strokes as Koepka and Phil Mickelson shared second place.
The then-Masters champion joined LIV Golf later that year in a reported deal worth an eye-watering £450million. However, Rahm’s relationship with his wife Kelley started well before he began earning riches on the golf course.

The couple first met during their student days at Arizona State University. Rahm moved abroad after being recruited by the college, while his blonde American partner had grown up in Oregon.
Kelley competed in javelin at a collegiate level for Arizona State University. She is also reportedly fond of boxing and tennis.
Following graduation, Rahm and Kelley first moved in together in 2017. The golfer popped the question a year later and their wedding took place in the Spanish city of Bilbao in 2019.
Rahm is an elite sportsperson and Kelley also has a competitive side. She previously recalled the reason why they no longer played tennis together.
“He’s killing forehands, [hitting] crosscourt zingers, and I’m thinking, ‘This can’t be right,'” Cahill told the San Diego Tribune in 2018.
“He was so good. I was so upset. I was actually mad for a day or two. We have not stepped foot on a tennis court since.”
The married couple welcomed their first son Kepa in 2021 followed by the arrival of Eneko a year later, both of whom were present when Rahm won the Masters. Kelley gave birth to their daughter Alaia in 2024.
But despite all that she still finds time to bring her husband sandwiches when he’s competing. He confessed: “It’s become a little bit more apparent that people are catching on to the sandwiches I have on the golf course. I do have some sandwiches that I eat throughout the course…
“Kelley is in charge of them. Thank God I have her because otherwise I would forget to make them every single time. It’s three of them, and obviously six halves, and eat them every three holes more or less. That’s what I do.”
Despite being a star golfer, Rahm insists that the sport is not his top priority. Before he became a father, Rahm explained the importance he placed on being there for his family.
“I’m much more interested in raising a family and being a good husband and father than I am in golf,” Rahm told Golf Digest in 2019.
“Don’t get me wrong — I want to be the best golfer I can be. If I had a gun to my head and had to choose between having only one or the other, I wouldn’t pick golf… I’d choose family every time.”
Rahm won his first major title at the US Open in 2021. Shortly before the Masters this year, the Spaniard won LIV Golf Hong Kong in March and currently tops the individual standings.
