Lionel Messi’s wife Antonela Roccuzzo was snapped in new pictures released just days before Argentina’s World Cup semi-final against England
As England prepare to face Lionel Messi and Argentina on Wednesday, some Three Lions fans will be keeping an eye on the latest from the star’s wife Antonela Roccuzzo.
Antonela, 38, has been married to the South American superstar since 2017. They have three sons together – Thiago, Mateo and Ciro – all of whom have been present to watch their dad win the Ballon d’Or.
Another World Cup win could leave Messi in with a shot of a record-extending ninth Ballon d’Or. And in the lead-up to the crucial semi-final against England, the star’s wife showed off her figure in a photoshoot with adidas.

“The uniform, refined. @antonelaroccuzzo in adidas x @entire_studios” the caption reads, with Antonela showing off new training gear. Fans were impressed, with one writing: “Your husband is the luckiest man alive!”
Just days earlier, though, the model and influencer paid a visit to one of English football’s most famous WAGs.
She was invited along to celebrate the opening of a new site for Victoria Beckham’s beauty range in Florida and shared photos from the night.
“Celebrating @victoriabeckham new home in Miami… wishing you all the best,” she wrote. Now, just a few days later, Antonela and Victoria will be on opposite sides of a fierce international rivalry.
Victoria’s husband David was famously sent off when England faced Argentina in 1998, before redeeming himself with a group stage winner four years later.
This time around, the reigning World Cup champions will take on Thomas Tuchel’s Three Lions in Atlanta after both teams needed extra-time to win their quarter-final matches.
England’s quarter-final was played in Miami, where Messi plays his club football for a side part-owned by Beckham.
The Three Lions scraped past Norway thanks to an extra-time winner scored by Jude Bellingham. Victoria Beckham was there with her husband and three of her children.
“Special moment tonight in Miami with my family and for our country,” she wrote while sharing a photo from the stadium.
