According to the Bulgarian mystic, who died in 1996, humans have rather a long time to prepare for the end of the world, with the global population likely to reach 340 billion by then
Baba Vanga’s prediction for when the world will end is “almost 85% true” according to a group of scientists.
The Bulgarian mystic died in 1996 but her global forecasts are still resonating with scholars and the general public. Vanga is said to have guessed events including the September 11 attacks and the Chernobyl disaster.
According to her prophecies Vanga said the world would supposedly end in 5078. Scientists are even getting on board with her predictions, saying she has an “85% hit rate”, Ladbible reports.
Before Vanga’s ‘end day’ in 5078, medics are supposed to find a ‘universal cure for all ailments by 4302 which will lead to a “change in human behaviour in 4308.
The mystic said by 4509 humans are supposedly set to be able to communicate with God as morality reaches a “heightened level”. By 4599 immortality is expected to become commonplace while 4674 will mark a peak in “human prosperity” as the population reaches 340 billion and we start mixing with extraterrestrial beings.
Shame everything is supposed to end less than 500 years later in 5078 then.
Vanga’s most famous prediction of 9/11 happened in 1989 when she foresaw “American brethren fall after being attacked by steel birds.”
She also guessed Barack Obama’s tenure as US president, alongside the rise of AI. She has also been linked to the sinking of the Russian submarine Kursk in 2000.
Vanga has also predicted the downfall of Vladimir Putin, which hasn’t happened…yet. However, one of her rare misses was the nuclear winter of 2010-2014 which was supposed to end humanity.
This a) didn’t come true and b) is at odds with her prediction of 5078 being the final year of the world. Because she never wrote anything down, it’s hard to argue with old Baba Vanga.
It’s also very hard to agree with her for that reason, so swings and roundabouts.
