An adult content creator has sparked a backlash after including her newborn baby in a promotional video alongside three masked men. Adult star Bonnie Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, has been reported to the NSPCC by the Conservative Party following the “deeply disturbing” clip.
In the controversial video, the creator sits on a bed holding her baby, whose face is blurred out, while flanked by three men wearing balaclavas.
Addressing the camera, Bonnie said: “Yes I just had a baby, but that means the six week rule does not apply to me because I had a C-section. Down there still looking perfect.”
The clip triggered an immediate backlash, prompting shadow equalities spokeswoman Joy Morrissey to write directly to the children’s charity to “raise serious safeguarding concerns.”
In her letter, obtained by the Sun, Ms Morrissey said: “Children are not adults. They must never be involved in pornography, used to promote adult entertainment, or absorbed into a parent’s sexualised commercial brand. Even the suggestion that a child may be placed in such circumstances is deeply disturbing.”
She stressed that children must be “protected from exposure to pornography” and sexualised content, adding that looking away is “not an option” when a child’s welfare is at stake.
Ms Morrissey also took a swipe at Reform UK, referencing Bonnie’s previous praise for Nigel Farage’s party regarding their policies on inheritance tax and immigration.
The Tory MP claimed it was “revealing that Reform is happy to have her as a supporter,” adding: “Conservatism should uphold standards, not court attention at any price.”
However, the adult entertainer, who gave birth in late August, has hit back at the criticism and defended her parenting.
Responding to the allegations, Bonnie told the Sun: “Oh, are the Conservatives still going? Bless her. I suppose name-dropping me is one way of trying to stay relevant. My baby is loved, protected and incredibly well looked after.
“Becoming a mum hasn’t changed the fact that I’m Bonnie Blue, but I know exactly where Bonnie ends and being a mum begins. If anyone has genuine safeguarding concerns, there are proper channels for raising them.
“But wasting the time of already stretched and understaffed services to score political points, because you dislike what I do for a living, only draws vital resources away from children who may genuinely need their help.”
