Andrew Windsor might stay in Abu Dhabi palace with ‘Fort Knox’ safety and personal seaside

Disgraced Andrew Windsor will live out his exile in a highly secured Arabian palace, it has been claimed. The former Prince has been stripped of his titles and kicked out of his Royal Lodge home due to his links to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The late Queen’s second son will now by personally accommodated by King Charles in an unconfirmed home on Sandringham estate. However, ‘randy Andy’ is now so hated in the UK royal experts believe he will leave Britain.

The Daily Star found locals in Sandringham didn’t want anything to do with their new neighbour. The most obvious destination for the 65-year-old is Abu Dhabi – where he has been offered a highly secured palace to live in.

Historian Andrew Lownie, who wrote a biography which “took down” Mr Windsor, suggested the troublesome royal would be happy in a country with a “muzzled media”.

The author of Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, said: “He would be happy living somewhere where the media is muzzled, where he will still be treated as a senior royal and where he can easily live under the radar.

“His personal relationships with young women are not likely to be scrutinised in Abu Dhabi.”

Another royal biographer Andrew Morton told Times Radio: “I would predict that, if we’re speaking about this time next year, Andrew will probably live somewhere abroad.”

The billionaire ruler of the United Arab Emirates has reportedly offered a 16,000sq ft palace with “fort Knox” security and a “private beach”. The property will allow Andrew to live in luxury well out of view of the pubic.

The mansion has sex en-suite bedrooms, an indoor gym, pool, cinema, a huge kitchen staffed by top chefs and is, of course, air-conditioned.

The property is in a heavily guarded complex with two layers of security at both entry points and a 30ft hedge. Other residents include a royal sheikh and government ministers.

Government security operates the barrier and prevents the public from entering the grounds while a second guard in a gatehouse checks the credentials of anyone who tries to enter. Only residents, guests and staff with government clearance are allowed to enter.

Some of the palaces have helipads while others enjoy direct access to the warm waters of the Arabian Gulf through private beaches.

A worker at one of the palaces told The Sun: “The whole area is private and very secure. The public are not allowed in and there are cameras which log every vehicle which approaches.

“The area is effectively under the radar. We have not heard anything official yet about Andrew moving in but he would enjoy it here because it is very private.”
