Two folks stabbed at seaside vacation park throughout Bank Holiday ‘disturbance’

Essex Police have confirmed that they were called to a disturbance at St Osyth Hoilday Park on Beach Road that saw two people reportedly stabbed as two people have been arrested

Police swarmed a UK holiday park on Bank Holiday Monday (May 4) after reports of a multiple people being stabbed.

Two people suffered stab related injuries after a disturbance at the St Osyth Hoilday Park on Beach Road n Essex just after midnight, police confirmed.

During the disturbance, two people suffered stab wounds with one requiring hospital treatment. Their injuries are not thought to be life changing or life threatening.

A 14-year-old boy has since been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remains in custody. A 36-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and also remains in custody.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident and are urging anyone anyone who has not yet spoken to them to come forward if they witnessed the incident, reports EssexLive.

An Essex Police spokesman said: “Today detectives are continuing to investigate the incident and would like to hear from anyone who has not yet spoken to us who may be a witness.
