Putin drags Lenin’s corpse out coffin and hides inside in explosive AI Victory Day video

This AI-generated video imagines how Vladimir Putin’s Victory Day parade on Red Square might have been disrupted if Zelenskyy’s drones had attacked the Moscow event

An AI video imagined how Putin’s parade might have been thrown into chaos today had Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s drones struck the military spectacle.

In reality, the Ukrainian leader offered an eleventh-hour promise not to launch such an attack, and accepted a three-day ceasefire negotiated by Donald Trump.

The Victory Day extravaganza proceeded in reduced form despite the Kremlin autocrat’s alleged fears of assassination attempts from both Ukrainians and rebellious elements within his own administration. In the speculative video, Ukrainian drones cause explosions and send Putin and his associates scrambling for cover across Red Square. During the mayhem, the dishevelled tyrant, 73, is shown escaping into Lenin’s Mausoleum.

He ejects the preserved remains of Soviet founder Vladimir Lenin from his glass casket and conceals himself inside.

The leaders of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, and Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, are depicted running for safety.

Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev, a prominent war hawk, is also seen fleeing. Russian Orthodox Church patriarch Kirill frantically cries out: “What’s happening?” Medvedev responds: “Run, quick!”

Putin’s concerns about a Ukrainian assault were fuelled by the enhanced range and striking capability of Zelenskyy’s drone forces in the conflict’s fifth year.

It comes after Putin warned Ukraine it would launch a major strike on the country if their drones disrupted his major military parade in Moscow on Saturday.

His defence ministry warned civilians and diplomats should “leave the city promptly” if Volodymyr Zelenskyy attacks the Red Square showpiece due to a rapid “massive retaliatory missile strike”.

The Russian warning implies a hit by the hypersonic Oreshnik [Hazel Tree] missile, which Putin boasts in its conventional mode has the power of a full nuclear explosion.

Putin has said previously: “If you use several such systems in one strike at once — two, three, or four systems — it will be comparable in strength to a nuclear strike.”

The Russian President’s favourite newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda warned today that Oreshnik “also has a nuclear configuration”.

The Kremlin threat came amid clear alarm in Moscow that Ukraine’s improved drones and missiles pose a major threat.

One report says that Soviet founder Vladimir Lenin’s mausoleum on Red Square will be used to hide VIP spectators at the annual Victory Day parade marking the anniversary defeat of Hitler in the event of a Ukrainian strike.

Lenin’s embalmed corpse lies underground in a glass coffin in the vault close to the Kremlin wall. He died in 1924.

Putin announced a unilateral ceasefire covering Friday and Saturday to protect his parade.

Zelenskyy has made clear he will impose a measure from midnight on Tuesday, but will respond “symmetrically” if Putin fails to adhere to it.

He earlier taunted Putin that “Ukrainian drones” could “fly at this parade.”
