Meet PSG and Aston Villa WAGs set to steal present at Super Cup together with ‘Prem’s hottest’

It doesn’t seem that long ago that the World Cup was on the line – now just two-and-a-half weeks later, club football is back and silverware is up for grabs.

The eyes of the footballing world will descend on Salzburg on Wednesday night as the Champions League winners, Paris Saint-Germain, take on the Europa League holders, Aston Villa, in the UEFA Super Cup. PSG famously beat Arsenal on penalties in Hungary after a 1-1 draw to lift the European Cup and Unai Emery’s Villa thrashed SC Freiburg 3–0 in Istanbul in May to earn a place in the showpiece event.

And as club football kicks off again, Daily Star Sport is casting its eyes to the stands and the stunning WAGs who could steal the show in Austria – including the ‘Premier League’s hottest WAG’ and a scorching hot model…

Maja Nilsson (Victor Lindelof)

Premier League fans might be very well used to Maja Nilsson these days – the stunner, who also flaunted her good looks in the stands at Old Trafford, was once named as the Prem’s most attractive other half by AttractivenessTest.com, scoring 9.7 out of 10.

This title was first handed to Maja in 2023, six years on from her arrival in England when Lindelof joined United from Benfica for a fee of £31million in 2017.

However, the centre-half’s partner admitted in her blog that the ‘WAG’ moniker is not something she enjoys. Maja wrote: “I am so sick and tired of people trying to make me smaller.

“Tired of people not knowing what’s important in life. I am an entrepreneur. I have my own company, and soon I will start one more. If that is with money or love is none of your business.”

The entrepreneur owns her own fashion retailer, Lis Bonne Atelier, which has more than 42,000 followers on Instagram.

Maja first created the business in 2021 while Victor was still a United star, and she has since continued her success after moving to Birmingham with her partner.

Ellie Alderson (Ollie Watkins)

Watkins first laid eyes on Ellie eight years ago when he was plying his trade in the Championship for Brentford. The pair were introduced through mutual friends, as revealed on Amazon Prime’s The New Generation .

Ellie told her husband on the show: “We met through one of my friends who went to school with you. So I knew like about you.

They were both on holiday in Marbella when she joked: “We just spent the whole holiday together then. His friends were really annoyed because he just wanted to hang around with me!”

“But I didn’t know that you were actually good!” Watkins then added: “We then went on a double date didn’t we? Pizza Express or something. In your Converses’ and leather jacket.” To which, Ellie joked: “You wouldn’t leave me alone!”

The 29-year-old is a qualified interior designer who graduated with a diploma in her field. She also sells second-hand designer clothing online and shares glimpses of her life on Instagram.

The couple have been together for nearly a decade and welcomed their first child, baby girl Amara May, in 2021, with son Marley arriving two years later.

Amanda Gama (Emi Martinez)

Emi Martinez wasn’t too sure Amanda Gama felt the same way about him when they first clapped eyes on each other – and felt too shy to say anything.

Amanda, who also goes by Mandinha, was born in London, but she has ties to Brazil and Portugal through her parents. And like Martinez, she left her family to move to London at just 17-years-old.

“In my mind, there was no way I was going to leave my family. It was not a poor, poor background, but my family struggled a lot in financial terms. I arrived back in Argentina and, a week after, I had the offer from Arsenal.

“I saw my brother and mum cry, saying: ‘Please don’t go.’ But I had also seen my dad crying late at night because he could not pay the bills. So I had to be brave at the time, because I said ‘yes’ for them.”

Amanda was working at a restaurant, where Arsenal players would frequent. She joked in 2022 that she noticed that he would look away from her whenever they crossed paths.

Amanda asked one of his friends why he wouldn’t say hello, with Emi, finally, sending her a message to let her know that he was just shy and asked her out for coffee.

Victoria Triay (Lucas Hernandez)

“Love always wins,” Victoria Triay claimed as she posed on the pitch with Lucas Hernandez and their four kids after PSG went back-to-back in the Champions League last month.

The scorching hot WAG’s Instagram profile probably isn’t for Arsenal fans, with her profile picture flexing her other half’s winning medal. Victoria has been enjoying her time in the US, sharing some sightseeing snaps ahead of France’s opener.

A supermodel by trade, Victoria said about her journey: “My journey has been never-ending. Tiziri Digne (Lucas Digne)

Tiziri Digne has been the better half of Lucas Digne since they were just 16-years-old, following him across Europe as all his dreams came true.

The pair are now back in Paris, with Digne swapping his opponents on Wednesday for PSG after the World Cup. He said: “I am very honoured to be returning to PSG following the wonderful experience I had here more than 10 years ago.

“I am particularly impressed by how the club has developed over the years.”

She also hails from Lille in the French north, and while Digne has excelled at football, Tiziri has turned her attention to fashion. With over 400k followers on social media, she loves to share snaps of her outfits.

It goes beyond a job – and Tiziri once explained how she has been passionate about fashion and dance from a young age – and that in college she had a notebook where she planned all her outfits.

A self-proclaimed ‘fashionista’, she says she lives, breathes and dreams about the latest trends.

Opening up Rosa Pereira’s Instagram is like going on a tour of the world, as she loves jetting off with the Spaniard.

The stunner, who is originally from Seville, showcases her jet-setting lifestyle with snaps from around the world all while being Fabian Ruiz’s No.1 fan. Nestled in between photos of her on vacation are pics of her sharing intimate moments on the pitch.

Her most recent holiday saw her take some time away from the World Cup, while travelling stateside, and visit the Orlando Universal Studios.

They tied the knot last July to cap off a dream year for the midfielder.
