Brits need to dwell in Russia to get away from UK as there’s ‘no crime and streets are clear’
Hundreds of Brits are applying to live in Russia because they’re miffed that Britain is “too woke”. They’ve been joined by families from the United States under a new scheme introduced by Vladimir Putin.
Russia ’s interior ministry has claimed 2,275 Westerners have applied for a new shared values visa since it came in last August. British national Philip Port from Burnley, Lancashire said he would rather live under Mad Vlad’s dictatorship. He said: “I love Russia. There’s no crime, the streets are clean, it’s well-developed.
“I’m all for gay rights, don’t get me wrong, but I think when they’re teaching them to children in school – I’ve got a seven-year-old son, I don’t want him being influenced in that way.”

Philip Hutchinson, whose company Moscow Connect helps Westerners apply for the pathway, says he receives between 50 and 80 inquiries a week from the UK.
He added: “There’s a huge amount of people that are frustrated by the way the country’s got in. Taxes keep going up and up and up. And we’re giving all this money to Ukraine.”
It comes days after defence Secretary John Healey delivered a stark warning to Vladimir Putin after disclosing that a Russian spy vessel lurking at the boundary of UK waters targeted RAF pilots with laser beams.

Mr Healey declared at a Downing Street press conference: “As I speak a Russian spy ship, the Yantar, is on the edge of UK waters, north of Scotland, having entered the UK’s wider waters over the last few weeks. This is a vessel designed for gathering intelligence and mapping out undersea cables.
“We deployed a Royal Navy frigate and RAF plans to monitor and track this vessel’s every move, during which the Yantar directed lasers at our pilots. That Russian action is deeply dangerous, and this is the second time this year that this ship began to deploy to UK waters. So my message to Russia and to Putin is this we see you, we know what you’re doing, and if the Yantar travels south this week, we’re ready.”
