‘World’s hottest speed skater’ said she’d ‘never’ date Jake Paul before talking to him
Jutta Leerdam – who has been dubbed as the ‘world’s hottest speed skater’ – has joked she said she’d “never” date Jake Paul before the pair started chatting on Instagram.
Leerdam and Paul confirmed their relationship with a joint Instagram post earlier this month after weeks of speculation. And the blonde bombshell has now joked: “I had such a judgement about you,” she said, speaking on BS with Jake Paul.
“And actually, when we started following each other, people were like ‘are you guys dating?’ And it was this whole thing, and my answer was like ‘never… never’… but then I found out you’re such a sweetheart.”

Jutta then added, speaking about how their relationship started: “At first your management DMed me on Instagram, and then they DMed me that you DMed me… and I saw your DM like a week later.
“I didn’t want to give you any hope so I was just friendly… and after three days, I remember, I was at my training, and I’d just finished some reps of squatting or whatever. And I looked at my phone and you were texting me and I was texting back.”

Paul then revealed he had sent the Dutch star some flowers just days after they started speaking: “That was really cute,” Jutta admitted. “And he sent them to my track, my ice track… it’s fine, you came out of the friendzone!”
Paul and Leerdam had been linked to one another after they were initially seen together in Miami – with the Dutch superstar jetting stateside to enjoy some holiday time during her off-season.

And just weeks after the pair had initially been spotted at a restaurant, they went public on Instagram with a series of loved-up snaps. Leerdam is now back in her native Netherlands, preparing for the speed-skating season.
However, the distance hasn’t stopped the pair from showing their affection for each other with some Instagram stories.
